Eartham House - introduction

The magnificent country house is set in 30 acres of glorious countryside with extensive views to the south coast and Chichester. For your exclusive use up to 100 guests can be seated in the Dining Room and adjoining conservatory. The adjoining room accommodates a dance floor. Canapes can be served in the attractive conservatory.

For larger parties, a marquee can be accommodated within the grounds. This venue offers a special day set against a romantic Regency backdrop.

The venue offers facilities within the grounds or House for a Humanist blessing, or the beautiful church of St. Margaret (COE), which is accessible from the venue grounds, is nearby for those who wish to have a blessing or a church wedding.

Eartham House offers catering services via the venue’s sole caterer – Quinn’s Catering. Quinn’s Catering has been successfully catering for numerous happy couples for well over 20 years. Quinn’s Catering offers sample menus to assist in your wedding planning, but can also cater for specific needs. Where possible ingredients are organic and locally sourced. Special dietary needs can be accommodated.

Clients are free to provide their own alcohol for the wedding breakfast and evening reception, or can choose to use a hire bar for the evening.

There is ample parking on site.

You are fee to use your own photographer, videographer, DJ, Band, venue décor, lighting etc. suppliers, or we can direct you to people who we have worked with before and know our venue.

The current price to hire this venue is £2,000.
